A named team on site every working day and one clear update each week.
Handover and guarantee
Snagging closed off, then ten years of cover on the work we did.

Every completed project is covered for ten years from handover. If something we built needs putting right, we come back and put it right.
Mudasar, Dormer, 2025
RCL built a beautiful new dormer for us in 2025, transforming our previously unused loft. They removed the entire roof and rebuilt it from scratch, with everything progressing according to the agreed plan.
We were kept informed and listened to throughout the whole process. The team was friendly, professional and understanding, and the quality and attention to detail were excellent. Having the same team and one main point of contact from start to finish made the experience smooth and reassuring.
